興趣是最好的教師。不少教師用一些中外名作家推詞敲句的經典故事感染學生,確實鼓舞了學生修改習作的信心。學生渴望成功,希望得到別人的肯定,教師要善於調動學生習作修改的積極性。面對學生的自主修改,教師要「大張旗鼓」地表揚,適度地放大「閃光點」,學生有了快樂的成功體驗,就會「漸入佳境」,養成自覺修改的習慣。
二、教給習作修改的方法
修改習作需要引導,教師要清晰《標准》關於習作教學的年段目標,不空洞講解作文的修改技巧,不急於求成。在一次次修改的實踐中,滲透修改的方法。首先,仔細研究「修改標准」。每次習作都有具體的要求,學生在寫作文的時候,必然在要求的驅動下組織材料,選取習作內容。那麼,習作修改也要「有法可依」,那就是習作要求。引導學生審視自己的習作,是否符合要求:哪些地方寫得好,哪兒還需要改進。每次修改抓住「一點」,逐步提升學生的修改能力。其次,有效利用「讀」。語句是否通順,標點是否正確,在一字不落的「讀」中就會顯現出來。針對習作要求,反復閱讀,用心揣摩,發現自己習作的「得意之處」,挖掘習作的「不盡人意」之處,進行修改。再則,充分利用「範文」。有的學生面對習作,會感到束手無策,教師要適時地為學生提供一些「範文」,讓學生從範文中獲取一些表達的智慧和修改的靈感,提高修改的質量。
三、實施多元評改的方式
修改習作,不僅僅是學生的自改,還可以進行多種評改,習作評改主體應多元化。學生互改,學生既是作者也是讀者,在相互的學習、欣賞、修改中,可以取長補短;師生共改,在教師的引導下,會更集中快捷地發現習作的優點和問題,這在剛開始指導學生修改習作時是一種有效的方法。我們還可以拓寬習作的修改范圍,如家長點評,網路評改等,只要能使學生感受到習作修改的樂趣,達到「文不厭改」「欲罷不能」的境界,能夠對學生習作起到促進作用,我們都可以嘗試。綜上所述,培養學生修改習作,不但讓學生處於主動的地位,注重學生的主體作用與能力發展,促進學生作文水平的提高,而且教師也能從繁重的工作中解放出來,用更多的時間去鑽研教材,探索教學新方法。

田佳垚 一個陰雨蒙蒙的早晨,我和媽媽陪著楊靜阿姨去找工作,楊靜阿姨找工作的原因是為了攢錢交學費,因為她是師專的一名學生,他想利用署假兩個月的時間找份工作做,這樣既能找點學費能參加社會實踐 ,找工作作文。 在街上,只要看到商店門口貼有招聘兩字的廣告,我們就立刻走過去看看,這樣我們看了很多家店,有珠寶店、服裝店、美容店、超市等等。這時我們進入了一家珠寶店,媽媽走上前去問老闆:聽說你們店要招一名店員,我這有個表妹,她想找份工作,是否符合你們的條件?那位老闆阿姨說:先登個記吧!如果聘用你了,就要交三百塊錢押金。於是楊靜阿姨就填了一張表,留下了一個電話,老闆說,三天之內一定給答復。後來我們看到了一張招聘廣告上需要部門經理,條件要求很高,楊靜阿姨沒有達到條件。天仍然下著細細的雨,我們三個人撐著雨傘滿街逛來逛去,我看著楊靜阿姨一臉的愁容,心裡真為她擔心。 突然雨下大了,天也漸漸的黑下來了,還是沒有什麼結果,媽媽說:今天就這樣子吧,我們明天再來試一試吧。回到家裡,我感到很累,坐在沙發上聽著窗外的雨滴聲,心想:現在找個工作這么難呀,我想我因該好好學習,為將來打好基礎,多學本領,這樣,才能成為有用之才。 指導教師:李秀紅投稿:2003-7-1223:50:26常常有人問我:你長大想做什麼工作?我想也不想地說:那還用問,當然是收入高且又輕松的工作了。來問我的人總會聳聳肩說:那你可要找好哦,現在工作找不好呀。我不信,偏要找給他們看。每個人找工作時首先要找自已最喜歡的工作,我也不例外。我先在筆記上寫了教師兩個字,可寫上就劃去了。為什麼呢?因為當個教師實在太辛苦了,每天要改一大批作業,還要解決同學之間的問題,我才不幹呢。其次是主持人。可一想,又不幹了,當一個主持人要頭腦靈活,還要隨機應變,更要在適當的場合說適當的話。對於我來說,第一個條件就已經不行了,再加上第二個第三個,還不把我累死,不幹了。 哈!我怎麼沒想到呢?我聽到隔壁房間里的電視聲,想到了一個,什麼呢?當然是演員了。可是,馬上我又否定了自己,因為一想到電視里的那些情節,不僅要演得十分逼真,還要不時擠出幾滴眼淚,那酸溜溜的情景,我可受不了。不行不行,再換一個。不如當一個領導吧,不僅收入高,而且又可以那個。不行,如果那個了,必要坐牢,我對鐵窗生活可不感興趣。最重要的一點,做領導要帶頭,我才不會帶好頭呢,叫我帶壞頭倒還可以,中學生作文《找工作作文》。如果前面的不合適的話,我想當個醫生還可以將就將就,必竟收入很高呀。可一想到非典和禽流感,就會令人毛骨聳然,你沒聽說過去年有多少醫生被傳染非典嗎?還有禽流感不知道會發展到什麼程度。我沒活到老,可不想就像一些醫生一樣殉職。看來,不管參加什麼工作,都有許多不容易的地方,而且,搞不好還會給自已帶來麻煩。看別人很輕松,其實都很累,最好還是別長大了。造成大學生就業難既有主觀原因,也有客觀原因,歸納起來,有以下幾種因素影響著大學生順利就業。狹隘的人才觀阻止大學生合理流動,減少了他們的就業機會。記者在河北省一些高校采訪時了解到,一些地方為了留住人才,不允許肥水流入外人田,對大學生到本地以外的地方就業進行限制,大學生就業機會減少。河北科技大學一名學醫葯的應屆畢業生對記者說,他與山東省幾家大型醫葯生產企業聯系,有兩家企業都願意接收,但因出省指標限制,他無法到山東的葯廠就業,至今仍沒有落實工作單位。一些高校的老師對記者說,一些地方留住人才、招收人才的動機是好的,但用限制流動的做法不妥當。他們希望政府不應對大學生就業進行過多限制,而應把精力用到為大學生就業服務上。一些用人單位盲目提高用人門檻,把許多畢業生擋在就業大門之外。河北科技大學一些同學對記者說,一個只有十幾號人的普通日用化工企業,雖然沒有任何境外業務,竟然也要求應聘大學生有六級英語水平。稍微大一點的企業就盲目要求應聘者為碩士研究生。不少同學反映,現在大學生多了,一些企業選人的條件也苛刻了,有的企業甚至不從實際需要出發,盲目招收研究生、博士生為其裝門面。許多大學老師和學生希望,用人單位應從實際需要出發,把真正學有所長的大學生招收到單位來。除以上兩個方面客觀因素的影響外,一些主觀因素也成為大學生就業的障礙。首先是大學生知識面過窄、實踐能力差,影響了擇業。有著多年指導大學生就業經驗的河北科技大學學生處副處長劉成龍對記者說,多數用人單位都希望大學生參加工作後能夠迅速適應工作需要,對動手操作能力強的大學生特別歡迎。現在不少大學生存在的問題是知識面比較窄、實踐能力不強,影響了他們的就業競爭力。就業期望值過高,使不少大學生錯過了就業機會。大學生希望自己能夠到待遇好、工作環境好的單位就業,這本身無可厚非,但一些大學生不能正確認識自己,對就業抱有過高的期望就有些不切實際了。石家莊鐵道學院黨委副書記王岳森說,大學生擇業不應盲目提高就業目標,而應以適合自己的工作為標准。此外,大學生不願離開家鄉就業、不願到基層就業等因素,也影響了一些大學生的及時就業。有關方面和大學生本人,都應正視當前大學生就業的困難,努力排除不利於大學生就業的各種障礙。
