一、參加筆試、面試的技巧
筆試的技巧
筆試是一種常用的考核辦法,主要是測試畢業生的工作能力。筆試主要限於一些專業技術要求很強和對錄用人員素質要求很高的單位。參加筆試以前,應當了解筆試的大體內容。筆試一般包括以下幾個方面的內容:一是知識面的考核,主要是一些通用性的基礎知識和擔任某一職務所要求具備的業務知識。二是智力測試,主要測試畢業生的記憶力、分析觀察能力、綜合歸納能力、思維反應能力、不斷接收新知識的學習能力。三是技能測驗,主要是對受聘者處理問題的速度與質量的測試,檢驗其對知識和智力運用的程度和能力。
參加筆試以前,應當針對考試內容適當地做一些准備,以便充分發揮自己的水平,爭取好成績。也不能過度緊張,否則會直接影響到個人水平的正常發揮。
另外,要注意按要求的時間准時到場,不能遲到。答題過程中要注意字跡工整,卷面整潔。考試過程中絕對不能作弊或搞小動作。
三、面試三步曲
如果你對應聘的公司期望越大,你的感覺就會越強烈。其實公司的目標人選也未必就象你想像中那樣高不可攀。而且請記住:面試是你和公司雙方相互了解的機會。主動權也不僅僅只掌握在HR手中。你最好:
(一)面試前:
1、充分閱讀招聘廣告上的職位描述。
一個公司的Job Descniption是各不相同的,不要因為你在上一家公司做同樣的職位,就對它掉以輕心。因為新公司中的Job Description越詳細越具體,對你了解工作內容,從而應聘成功越有利。(同時也可說明此家公司的管理水平高低,因為人力資源管理水平的高低決定著公司發展潛力和人員管理水平的高低,這一點也越來越得到公司的重視。
2、充分准備應聘資料。
充分理清的職場的經歷,是自信地面對HR officer的主要一步。每個HR officer都會請你自己介紹一番的,你該不會想語無倫次地想不出你自己都幹了些什麼工作吧?!但也不要刻意誇大自己的能力。很簡單,如果你申請的職位是銷售代表,但你誇大說你已經具備了銷售經理/總監的能力,其結果只有2種:1、公司會把您的資料存檔,當下次再有合適的職位時,會再考慮你的。2、公司會覺得委屈了你的才能,如果即使招了你進來,你會甘心只做個低層員工嗎?
所以,適時、合理地准備材料是很必要的。
(二)面試中:
1、聽清面試官的問題,尤其是用英語面試時,這尤其很主要,你的所答非所問在現在用得可不是地方啊!
2、多正面表達自己,多讓面試官了解你,每個人只有短短的半個小時時間,如何讓他們對你留下深刻良好的印象,在這方面你不妨多准備些工作經驗中的得與失的小例子,和一些你認為比較成功的案例來介紹你自己。
3、留下你的方便聯系方式,現在交換名片在正式場合時已很普遍了。但如果你有私人聯系電話且不想讓上一家公司人人皆知你要跳槽的話,最好講清。
4、提出自己對公司要了解的問題,主動權可就掌握在你的手中了。
(三)面試後:
1、在面試後1周內與HR officer詢問面試結果,其實這是"醉翁之意不在酒",若想在若幹人之中脫穎而出,這一招可是讓HR officer再對你的申請重新回顧的好方法。

面試的技巧
百聞不如一見。面試是用人單位招聘時最重要的一種考核方式。面試是供需雙方相互了解的過程。面試是一種經過精心設計,以交談與觀察為主要手段,以了解被試者素質及有關信息為目的一種測評方式。面試實際上還是你與其他條件相當的應聘者競爭的過程。因此,為了獲得所求的工作,求職者應該充分做面試的准備,在面試中適度地表現自己,要善於展示自己的知識、能力、特長、性格等情況,給招聘者留下滿意的印象,爭取最後的勝利。
有的應聘人數比較多的用人單位,初試後還要進行復試,最後確定錄用名單。
面試沒有固定的形式、問題和答案。一般來說因招聘的目的、主試人的價值觀不同而不同。下面僅將常見的一些問題(但不是全部)列出來,供畢業生參考。
(1)面試評分要點與對策
①表達能力
用人單位一般觀察求職者能否將要向對方表達的內容有條理地、完整地、准確地轉達給對方;引例、用語是否確切;發音是否准確,語氣是否柔和;說話時的姿勢、表情如何。
作為被試者在面試時應注意以下幾點:(a)談話是否前後連貫;(b)主題是否突出;(c)思路是否清晰;(d)說話是否有說服力。
②思考判斷能力
用人單位一般觀察被試者能否准確、迅速地判斷面臨的狀況;能否恰當地處理突發事件;能否迅速地回答對方的問題,且答案簡練、貼切。
作為被試者應在准確、迅速、決斷方面重點准備。對自己的判斷應該有信心,還要分析對方是邏輯判斷還是感性判斷。
③操作能力
用人單位主要在於考察對方對於已認定的事情是否進行下去;工作節奏是否緊張有序;對於集團作業的適應性;是否具備組織領導能力。
這樣,被試者就應該強調自己的動手能力和寫作能力,對於想到的事盡量明確地表達出來。
④德性
用人單位主要在於考察對方責任感是否強烈;能否令人信任地完成工作;考慮問題是否偏激;情緒是否穩定;對於要求較高深的業務能否適應。
被試者回答時應該突出自己的自信心,堅強的意志,強烈的責任感,很強的與人交往能力,以及有預見性和計劃性。
⑤態度
用人單位主要在於觀察被試者遇到難堪問題後的反應;能否讓人親近,對他人有無吸引力等。被試者應該注意著裝得體,舉止文雅、大方,表情豐富,回答問題要認真、誠實。
(2)面試中經常出的問題
介紹你自己及你的家庭、你有什麼優缺點、你是否有出國、考研究生等打算、你有什麼特長和愛好、你對自己的學習成績是否滿意、你如何評價你的大學生活、你懂何種語言、熟練程度如何、你擔任過何種社會工作、組織或參加過什麼社會活動、你為什麼應聘本單位、你找工作重要的考慮因素是什麼、你認為你適合什麼工作、如果單位的安排與你的願望不一致,你是否願意服從如果工作安排與你的專業無關,你怎樣考慮、如果本單位與另一單位同時要聘用你,你如何選擇、你還有什麼想問的

恭喜,你已經擊敗對手,和僱主約定面試,也就是說你已經成為候選人。准備是面試成功的關鍵,所以我們為你一網打盡面試常見問題作為「演習」。准備,開始——
1、自我介紹
掌握你的發言時間。1—2分鍾較為適宜。以個人簡歷為引子,擴展豐富公司對你的了解,但不可離題萬里,切中要害是大原則。

找一些富於團體合作精神的,這里有一個真實的故事:有人被否決掉,因為他的愛好是深海潛水。主考官說:因為這是一項單人活動,我不敢肯定他能否適應團體工作。
6、你是怎麼知道我們招聘這個職位的呢?
如果你是從公司內部某人處打聽回來的消息,記得提及他的名字,公司不說偏袒內部關系不代表它不存在。
7、你了解我們公司嗎?
唯一的辦法是面試前花時間搜集公司信息,去網上查看公司主頁或到圖書館查尋行業訊息。公司業務范圍、規模、年收益、信譽形象、管理層構架、員工素質、技術水平、公司歷史和公司理念等基本情況皆應了如指掌。尋找出你感興趣的問題,以此為切入口,引導你與面試官的討論集中至一點,讓他告訴你更多。
8、你為什麼願意加入我們公司?
不要先談論你的需求,談論公司的需求,你願意融入公司,你願意與公司一起面對經營中出現的問題並妥善處理,你願意在公司的發展壯大中盡自己一分微薄之力。
9、你能為公司做些什麼?你能做出獨一無二的貢獻嗎?
聯系過往你應對處理問題的成功經歷,強調你在面對類似問題時的游刃有餘。經驗予你指引,經驗賦你靈感,舉一反三,觸類旁通。讓過去與未來遙相呼應,凸現自身價值。
10、這份工作哪些方面吸引你?哪些方面令你感到還不滿意?
列舉3個以上這份工作吸引你的因素;但,對於後一個問題給一個微不足道的小缺陷,輕描淡寫,點到即止。
11、我們為什麼要聘請你呢?
這個問題聽起來既消極又可疑,或者十分刻薄。但實際上,面試官是想讓你幫助他聘用你。你擁有他們需要的才識,經驗,能力和技能,他們要找的正是你。 「我在這個領域的經驗很少人比得上,而且我的適應能力使我確信我能把職責帶上一個新的台階」。
12、最能概括你自己的三個詞是什麼?
我經常用的三個詞是:適應能力強,有責任心和做事有始終,結合具體例子向主考官解釋,使他們覺得你具有發展潛力。
13、你認為自己最大的弱點是什麼?
絕對不要自作聰明地回答「我最大的缺點是過於追求完美」,有的人以為這樣回答會顯得自己比較出色,但事實上,他已經岌芨可危了。
14、你為什麼還沒找到合適的職位呢?
別怕告訴他們你可能會有的聘請,千萬不要說「我上一次面試弄得一塌糊塗……」。指出這是你第一次面試。
15、你怎麼看待要向比你年輕的人/女性匯報呢?
「我從不根據年齡性別劃分別人,只要他們是憑借自己能力到達該職務的,那絕對沒有問題。」
16、你過去的上級是個怎麼樣的人?
別貶低過去的上司,提一下他的長處和不足。
17、你現在能把過去做過的工作做得更好嗎?
「事後諸葛亮地說……」記得回答前先說這句話。
18、我可以跟你的前任上司聯系求證一下嗎?
隨便你怎麼回答,但如果可以的話,最好答應。特別是你有前上司的證明信,沒有比「當然,我有他的推薦信,你可以打電話給……」更好的回答了。
19、有想過創業嗎?
這個問題可以顯示你的沖勁,但如果你的回答是「有」的話,千萬小心,下一個問題可能就是「那麼為什麼你不這樣做呢?」
20、你希望從工作中尋求什麼?
僱主並不真正在乎你尋求什麼,而是在乎他尋求的目標。談他感興趣的問題,並且盡量用「貢獻」、「增進」、「提高」這類詞來回答。工作給你一個施展的舞台,你希望為公司作得更好更多。
21、請告訴我你對XX這一職位的定義(你所應聘的崗位)
簡明扼要,用以結果為導向的思維方式,闡述你對該工作的理解。
22、你需要多長時間適應公司並作出獨特的貢獻?
你會盡快適應的,你期望自己在短時間內調整步伐,應和公司工作節奏。
23、除了工資,還有什麼福利最吸引你?
盡可能誠實,如果你做足了功課,你就知道他們會提供什麼,回答盡可能和他們提供的相配。如果你覺得自己該得到更多,也可以多要一點。
24、你對加班有什麼看法?
盡量誠實——如果你說了「是」而實際上卻不想,那麼你會被人一直盯住。
25、你會為公司服務多久?
只要公司與我雙方都覺得我在公司運營中發揮作用,在不斷成長成熟,在公司實現預期目標中作出貢獻,我樂意為公司效力。
27、作為被面試者給我打一下分
試著列出四個優點和一個非常非常非常小的缺點,(可以抱怨一下設施,沒有明確責任人的缺點是不會有人介意的)。

面試是你整個求職過程中最重要的階段。成敗均決定於你面試時的短短一瞬間的表現。每個人都能夠學會怎麼出色地面試,而且絕大多數的錯誤都可以預期並且避免,下面這些提示將給你帶來成功的契機。
1、 帶多幾份簡歷前往面試,沒有比當被要求提供多一份簡歷而你卻沒有更能顯示你缺乏准備的事了。帶多幾份簡歷,面試你的人可能不止一個,預先料到這一點並准備好會顯得你做事正規、細致。
2、 留心你自己的身體語言,盡量顯得精警、有活力、對主考人全神貫注。用眼神交流,在不言之中,你會展現出對對方的興趣。
3、 初步印象和最後印象。最初和最後的五分鍾是面試中最關鍵的,在這段時間里決定了你留給人的第一印象和臨別印象以及主考人是否欣賞你。最初的五分鍾內應當主動溝通,離開的時候,要確定你已經被記住了。

9、展示你勤奮工作追求團體目標的能力,大多數主考人都希望找一位有創造力、性格良好,能夠融入到團體之中的人。你要必須通過強調自己給對方帶來的好處來說服對方你兩者皆優。

12、不要害怕承認錯誤,僱主希望知道你犯過什麼錯誤以及你有哪些不足。不要害怕承認過去的錯誤,但要堅持主動地強調你的長處,以及你如何將自己的不足變成優勢。
13、和過去業績成就相關的故事,過去的成績是對你未來成績最好的簡述。如果你在一個公司取得成功,也意味著你可以在其他公司成功。要准備好將你獨有之處和特點推銷出去。
14、面試前要弄清楚你潛在僱主的一切,盡量為其需要度身定做你的答案,關於公司的、客戶的,以及你將來可能擔任的工作,用對方的用詞風格說話。
15、面試前先自己預演一下,嘗試你會被問及的各種問題和答案,即使你不能猜出所有你可能被問的問題,但思考它們的過程會讓你減輕緊張而且在面試時心裡有底。
16、知道怎麼回答棘手的問題,大部分的主要問題事前都可以預料到。但是,總會有些讓你尷尬的問題以觀察你在壓力下的表現。應付這類問題的最好情況就是有備而戰,冷靜地整理好思路並盡量從容回答。
17、將你的長處轉換成有關工作業績和效益以及僱主需要的用語。如果你對自己和工作有關的長處深信不疑的話,重點強調你能夠給對方帶來的好處,在任何可能的情況下,舉出關於對方需要的例子。
18、說明你的專長和興趣。對僱主最有利的事情之一就是你熱愛自己的業務,面試之前要知道你最喜歡的工作是什麼,它會給僱主帶來什麼利益。
19、清楚自己的交際用語,對大部分的僱主而言,交際的語言技巧十分有價值,是受過良好教養和有競爭力的標志。清楚你自己是如何交際的,並且配合其他人一起聯系你從最好方向努力去展現自己。
20、不要准時到達——要提早到! 不管你的主考人對多麼諒解你在路碰到的意外況,要克服負面的第一印象幾乎是不可能的。盡一切能力准時,包括預先給可能發生的意外留下時間。
