一、依 據

人事部關於印發《翻譯專業資格(水平)考試暫行規定》的通知(人發[2003]21號)

二、 翻譯專業資格(水平)考試等級劃分與專業能力

(一)資深翻譯：長期從事翻譯工作，具有廣博科學文化知識和國內領先水平的雙語互譯能力，能夠解決翻譯工作中的重大疑難問題，在理論和實踐上對翻譯事業的發展和人才培養作出重大貢獻。
(二) 一級口譯、筆譯翻譯：具有較為豐富的科學文化知識和較高的雙語互譯能力， 能勝任范圍較廣、難度較大的翻譯工作，能夠解決翻譯工作中的疑難問題，能夠擔任重要國際會議的口譯或譯文定稿工作。
(三)二級口譯、筆譯翻譯：具有一定的科學文化知識和良好的雙語互譯能力，能勝任一定范圍、一定難度的翻譯工作。
(四) 三級口譯、筆譯翻譯：具有基本的科學文化知識和一般的雙語互譯能力，能完成一般的翻譯工作。

三、資格取得辦法

(一）資深翻譯實行考核評審方式取得， 報名者須具有一級口譯或筆譯翻譯資格(水平)證書；

（二）一級口譯、筆譯翻譯實行考試與評審相結合的方式取得。

（三）二級口譯、筆譯翻譯和三級口譯、筆譯翻譯實行統一大綱、統一命題、統一標準的考試辦法。

申請人可根據本人所從事的專業工作，報名參加相應級別口譯或筆譯翻譯的考試。

四、報名條件

凡遵守中華人民共和國憲法和法律，恪守職業道德，具有一定外語水平的人員，均可報名參加相應語種、級別的考試。

二級筆譯：筆譯綜合能力、筆譯實務

3、二級口譯、筆譯翻譯和三級口譯、筆譯翻譯的相應語種實施全國統一考試後，不再進行相應語種的翻譯及助理翻譯專業職務任職資格的評審工作。
4、 經國家有關部門同意，獲准在中華人民共和國境內就業的外籍人員及港、澳、台地區的專業人員，符合本規定要求的，也可報名參加翻譯專業資格(水平)考試並申請登記。
