一、参加笔试、面试的技巧
笔试的技巧
笔试是一种常用的考核办法,主要是测试毕业生的工作能力。笔试主要限于一些专业技术要求很强和对录用人员素质要求很高的单位。参加笔试以前,应当了解笔试的大体内容。笔试一般包括以下几个方面的内容:一是知识面的考核,主要是一些通用性的基础知识和担任某一职务所要求具备的业务知识。二是智力测试,主要测试毕业生的记忆力、分析观察能力、综合归纳能力、思维反应能力、不断接收新知识的学习能力。三是技能测验,主要是对受聘者处理问题的速度与质量的测试,检验其对知识和智力运用的程度和能力。
参加笔试以前,应当针对考试内容适当地做一些准备,以便充分发挥自己的水平,争取好成绩。也不能过度紧张,否则会直接影响到个人水平的正常发挥。
另外,要注意按要求的时间准时到场,不能迟到。答题过程中要注意字迹工整,卷面整洁。考试过程中绝对不能作弊或搞小动作。
三、面试三步曲
如果你对应聘的公司期望越大,你的感觉就会越强烈。其实公司的目标人选也未必就象你想象中那样高不可攀。而且请记住:面试是你和公司双方相互了解的机会。主动权也不仅仅只掌握在HR手中。你最好:
(一)面试前:
1、充分阅读招聘广告上的职位描述。
一个公司的Job Descniption是各不相同的,不要因为你在上一家公司做同样的职位,就对它掉以轻心。因为新公司中的Job Description越详细越具体,对你了解工作内容,从而应聘成功越有利。(同时也可说明此家公司的管理水平高低,因为人力资源管理水平的高低决定着公司发展潜力和人员管理水平的高低,这一点也越来越得到公司的重视。
2、充分准备应聘资料。
充分理清的职场的经历,是自信地面对HR officer的主要一步。每个HR officer都会请你自己介绍一番的,你该不会想语无伦次地想不出你自己都干了些什么工作吧?!但也不要刻意夸大自己的能力。很简单,如果你申请的职位是销售代表,但你夸大说你已经具备了销售经理/总监的能力,其结果只有2种:1、公司会把您的资料存档,当下次再有合适的职位时,会再考虑你的。2、公司会觉得委屈了你的才能,如果即使招了你进来,你会甘心只做个低层员工吗?
所以,适时、合理地准备材料是很必要的。
(二)面试中:
1、听清面试官的问题,尤其是用英语面试时,这尤其很主要,你的所答非所问在现在用得可不是地方啊!
2、多正面表达自己,多让面试官了解你,每个人只有短短的半个小时时间,如何让他们对你留下深刻良好的印象,在这方面你不妨多准备些工作经验中的得与失的小例子,和一些你认为比较成功的案例来介绍你自己。
3、留下你的方便联系方式,现在交换名片在正式场合时已很普遍了。但如果你有私人联系电话且不想让上一家公司人人皆知你要跳槽的话,最好讲清。
4、提出自己对公司要了解的问题,主动权可就掌握在你的手中了。
(三)面试后:
1、在面试后1周内与HR officer询问面试结果,其实这是"醉翁之意不在酒",若想在若干人之中脱颖而出,这一招可是让HR officer再对你的申请重新回顾的好方法。

面试的技巧
百闻不如一见。面试是用人单位招聘时最重要的一种考核方式。面试是供需双方相互了解的过程。面试是一种经过精心设计,以交谈与观察为主要手段,以了解被试者素质及有关信息为目的一种测评方式。面试实际上还是你与其他条件相当的应聘者竞争的过程。因此,为了获得所求的工作,求职者应该充分做面试的准备,在面试中适度地表现自己,要善于展示自己的知识、能力、特长、性格等情况,给招聘者留下满意的印象,争取最后的胜利。
有的应聘人数比较多的用人单位,初试后还要进行复试,最后确定录用名单。
面试没有固定的形式、问题和答案。一般来说因招聘的目的、主试人的价值观不同而不同。下面仅将常见的一些问题(但不是全部)列出来,供毕业生参考。
(1)面试评分要点与对策
①表达能力
用人单位一般观察求职者能否将要向对方表达的内容有条理地、完整地、准确地转达给对方;引例、用语是否确切;发音是否准确,语气是否柔和;说话时的姿势、表情如何。
作为被试者在面试时应注意以下几点:(a)谈话是否前后连贯;(b)主题是否突出;(c)思路是否清晰;(d)说话是否有说服力。
②思考判断能力
用人单位一般观察被试者能否准确、迅速地判断面临的状况;能否恰当地处理突发事件;能否迅速地回答对方的问题,且答案简练、贴切。
作为被试者应在准确、迅速、决断方面重点准备。对自己的判断应该有信心,还要分析对方是逻辑判断还是感性判断。
③操作能力
用人单位主要在于考察对方对于已认定的事情是否进行下去;工作节奏是否紧张有序;对于集团作业的适应性;是否具备组织领导能力。
这样,被试者就应该强调自己的动手能力和写作能力,对于想到的事尽量明确地表达出来。
④德性
用人单位主要在于考察对方责任感是否强烈;能否令人信任地完成工作;考虑问题是否偏激;情绪是否稳定;对于要求较高深的业务能否适应。
被试者回答时应该突出自己的自信心,坚强的意志,强烈的责任感,很强的与人交往能力,以及有预见性和计划性。
⑤态度
用人单位主要在于观察被试者遇到难堪问题后的反应;能否让人亲近,对他人有无吸引力等。被试者应该注意着装得体,举止文雅、大方,表情丰富,回答问题要认真、诚实。
(2)面试中经常出的问题

1、自我介绍
掌握你的发言时间。1—2分钟较为适宜。以个人简历为引子,扩展丰富公司对你的了解,但不可离题万里,切中要害是大原则。

说和你要应聘的职位相关的课程吧,表现一下自己的热诚没有什么坏处。

如果你是从公司内部某人处打听回来的消息,记得提及他的名字,公司不说偏袒内部关系不代表它不存在。
7、你了解我们公司吗?
唯一的办法是面试前花时间搜集公司信息,去网上查看公司主页或到图书馆查寻行业讯息。公司业务范围、规模、年收益、信誉形象、管理层构架、员工素质、技术水平、公司历史和公司理念等基本情况皆应了如指掌。寻找出你感兴趣的问题,以此为切入口,引导你与面试官的讨论集中至一点,让他告诉你更多。
8、你为什么愿意加入我们公司?
不要先谈论你的需求,谈论公司的需求,你愿意融入公司,你愿意与公司一起面对经营中出现的问题并妥善处理,你愿意在公司的发展壮大中尽自己一分微薄之力。
9、你能为公司做些什么?你能做出独一无二的贡献吗?
联系过往你应对处理问题的成功经历,强调你在面对类似问题时的游刃有余。经验予你指引,经验赋你灵感,举一反三,触类旁通。让过去与未来遥相呼应,凸现自身价值。
10、这份工作哪些方面吸引你?哪些方面令你感到还不满意?
列举3个以上这份工作吸引你的因素;但,对于后一个问题给一个微不足道的小缺陷,轻描淡写,点到即止。
11、我们为什么要聘请你呢?
这个问题听起来既消极又可疑,或者十分刻薄。但实际上,面试官是想让你帮助他聘用你。你拥有他们需要的才识,经验,能力和技能,他们要找的正是你。 “我在这个领域的经验很少人比得上,而且我的适应能力使我确信我能把职责带上一个新的台阶”。
12、最能概括你自己的三个词是什么?
我经常用的三个词是:适应能力强,有责任心和做事有始终,结合具体例子向主考官解释,使他们觉得你具有发展潜力。
13、你认为自己最大的弱点是什么?
绝对不要自作聪明地回答“我最大的缺点是过于追求完美”,有的人以为这样回答会显得自己比较出色,但事实上,他已经岌芨可危了。
14、你为什么还没找到合适的职位呢?
别怕告诉他们你可能会有的聘请,千万不要说“我上一次面试弄得一塌糊涂……”。指出这是你第一次面试。
15、你怎么看待要向比你年轻的人/女性汇报呢?
“我从不根据年龄性别划分别人,只要他们是凭借自己能力到达该职务的,那绝对没有问题。”
16、你过去的上级是个怎么样的人?
别贬低过去的上司,提一下他的长处和不足。
17、你现在能把过去做过的工作做得更好吗?
“事后诸葛亮地说……”记得回答前先说这句话。

随便你怎么回答,但如果可以的话,最好答应。特别是你有前上司的证明信,没有比“当然,我有他的推荐信,你可以打电话给……”更好的回答了。

这个问题可以显示你的冲劲,但如果你的回答是“有”的话,千万小心,下一个问题可能就是“那么为什么你不这样做呢?”
20、你希望从工作中寻求什么?
雇主并不真正在乎你寻求什么,而是在乎他寻求的目标。谈他感兴趣的问题,并且尽量用“贡献”、“增进”、“提高”这类词来回答。工作给你一个施展的舞台,你希望为公司作得更好更多。
21、请告诉我你对XX这一职位的定义(你所应聘的岗位)
简明扼要,用以结果为导向的思维方式,阐述你对该工作的理解。
22、你需要多长时间适应公司并作出独特的贡献?
你会尽快适应的,你期望自己在短时间内调整步伐,应和公司工作节奏。
23、除了工资,还有什么福利最吸引你?
尽可能诚实,如果你做足了功课,你就知道他们会提供什么,回答尽可能和他们提供的相配。如果你觉得自己该得到更多,也可以多要一点。
24、你对加班有什么看法?
尽量诚实——如果你说了“是”而实际上却不想,那么你会被人一直盯住。
25、你会为公司服务多久?
只要公司与我双方都觉得我在公司运营中发挥作用,在不断成长成熟,在公司实现预期目标中作出贡献,我乐意为公司效力。
27、作为被面试者给我打一下分
试着列出四个优点和一个非常非常非常小的缺点,(可以抱怨一下设施,没有明确责任人的缺点是不会有人介意的)。

2、 留心你自己的身体语言,尽量显得精警、有活力、对主考人全神贯注。用眼神交流,在不言之中,你会展现出对对方的兴趣。

9、展示你勤奋工作追求团体目标的能力,大多数主考人都希望找一位有创造力、性格良好,能够融入到团体之中的人。你要必须通过强调自己给对方带来的好处来说服对方你两者皆优。
10、将你所有的优势推销出去,营销自己十分重要,包括你的技术资格,一般能力和性格优点,雇主只在乎两点:你的资历凭证、你的个人性格。你能在以往业绩的基础上工作并适应公司文化吗?谈一下你性格中的积极方面并结合例子告诉对方你在具体工作中会怎么做。
