A. 应聘初中英语教师的20分钟试讲怎么讲啊
20分钟,是一个很短的时间,你可以只讲一个初中的小语法点,最后挑初中的重难点来讲。
既然是做教师,站在讲台上一定要自信一点,并和学生要保持基本的眼神交流。

一. 定语从句的概念
定语从句: 指在在复合句中,修饰某一名词或代词的从句。
先行词:被修饰的名词或代词
关系词:引导定语从句的词。(定语从句一般放在先行词的后面)
二. 引导定语从句的关系词
引导定语从句的关系词有关系代词和关系副词。
关系代词:that, which,who,whom, whose等,
关系副词:where, when,why。
三. 定语从句的分类
定语从句可分为限制性定语从句及非限制性定语从句。
四. 关系代词的用法
that 既可以用于指人,也可以用于指物。在从句中作主语、宾语或表语。作主语时不可省略,作宾语可省略。
Mary likes music that is quiet and gentle.
玛丽喜欢轻柔的音乐。(that作主语)
2.which用于指物,在句中作主语、宾语或表语。作主语不可省略,作宾语可省略。例如:
The film (which) we saw last night was wonderful.
我们昨天晚上看的那部电影很好看。(作宾语)
3.who, whom用于指人,who作主语,whom作宾语。在口语中,有时可用who代替whom。who和whom作宾语时也可省略。例如:
The girl who often helps me with my English is from England.
经常在英语方面帮助我的那个女孩是英国人。(作主语)
注:关系词只能用which,而不用that 的情况:
a.先行词为that, those时,用which, 而不用that.
b. 关系代词前有介词时,which,而不用that.
c. 引导非限制性定语从句,先行词指事物时,用which, 而不用that.
五. 关系副词的用法
1. when指时间,其先行词表示时间,when在定语从句中作时间状语。例如:
This was the time when he arrived.
这是他到达的时间。
2. where指地点,其先行词表示地点,where在定语从句中作地点状语。例如:
This is place where he works.
这是他工作的地点。
3. why 指原因,其先行词是原因,why在定语从句中做原因状语。例如:
Nobody knows the reason why he is often late for school.
没人知道他为什么上学总迟到。

至于准备什么,还要看老师跟你说的是要你去试讲一节课,还是去说课内.
要是让你试讲,就准备PPT,最好容有教案,这样老师可以看你的每个环节的设计.
要是让你说课,就又要准备说课PPT,又要准备教案,这样可以看清你每部分设计的目的.
教学目标,重难点 这些都是教案开头才有的,上课用的课件PPT中不用有.
然后教案之后是本节课的教学内容,详细到每个环节,你随便看一份网上的就知道要写哪些内容了.最好有句子以及语法的分析,课件中一定要有这些!

D. 应聘英语教师面试的几点建议
1.别拿着书本或教案。每人20分钟左右,有课文讲解,有主题发挥,有回答问题。所以,课文讲解也就10分钟,难道背不过?有的试讲人每个老师都给一份教案,刚开始有个好印象,但随后就没新意了。
2 .写板书时不要完全把后背转向评委。师范生可能注意这一点,但非师范毕业的就要注意了。写板书时后转最大限度是身体与黑板成90度,要随时和评委或学生保持目光接触。
3 .板书要适中。一般而言,试讲人的板书易于偏多,最后完全是写板书,很少说话了。板书占的比例只是10%左右。
4 .语音语调不要起伏太大。相信大家的发音没问题,但语调就有差别了。
5 .不要选择偏僻的主题。让评委感到自己的词汇量有限不是好事,同时也因此没有了衡量你水平高低的标准。
6.不要说汉语,哪怕一点点。
7 .板书一遍成,不擦后再写,更不能出现拼写错误。如果要更正,要用板擦,不要用手擦,看起来很乱,很脏。
8 .口语要流利,表达要和逻辑。不要中间停顿,不要经常重复。
9 .不耍小聪明。具体例子就不举了。如果耍了小聪明,被发现了(一般都会被发现),后果就是评委们一致认为你不诚实,而没有任何人愿意和不诚实的人相处的。
10 .年龄大一些的人,要注意:可能有教学经验了,这是优势,但是表达流利度、反应能力不如刚毕业的年轻人,同时也不太注意衣着了。
11 .注意衣着,注意风度。衣着要简洁,冬季试讲时也不要穿羽绒服;风度要优雅,至少作到大方。不要太张狂,即使你的水平很高,否则会让人想到你不会安心一直待在这个单位的。
12 .长相虽是天定,但是在水平相当情况下,长相好的机会肯定要多一些。这没办法,爱美之心,人皆有之。
大胆自信,衣着简洁,举止大方,口语流利,板书规范,你肯定会得高分。
E. 非英语专业如何应聘英语教师岗位
1、非英语专业应聘有英语专业要求的工作需要基本的英语基础;
2、非英语专业的学生持有的非英语专业可以拿到的四六级CET4和CET6,或者其他商务英语证书等,在该项应聘中同样具有竞争力;
3、非英语专业的学生要拓展自己的多方面技能,这样在该有英语要求的工作中可以让应聘方认可即使不是本专业的,但是足够胜任该工作,也会考虑;
4、突击英语,如果基础很弱的话,口语是主要的;
5、很多计算机的工作中会用到英语,但都有侧重点,应聘方不特别介意是否是英语专业,但如果英语很好会有好印象。

General Introction
I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Instrial Engineering I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graate program.
Ecation background
In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheling where my research interest lies.
At the period of my graate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graation Thesis.
Research experience and academic activity
When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial proct.
In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My ty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
Besides In July 2000 I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
I hope to study in depth
In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheling Problem Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network) Supply chain network research Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
