初中英语,要看是初一还是初二或者初三,
讲课最重要是让学生听得懂,不茫然.
如果是初一,最好是回讲些点点简单答的单复数,比如初一课本的第五单元好象就是除涉及单复数.正好符合他们现在的进度.而且要教他们多读,读书能使课堂气氛活跃.
如果是初二,就根据他们的书挑一课,不太复杂的,主要是你是在试讲,学生能听得懂才会给你更多的信心.
如果是初三,也在他们书里挑一课,但要找出这课与中考相衔接的考点,再找点题目在课堂里做,相信学生会觉得上了课对中考很好用,领导老师们也会觉得你抓了重点.

B. 初中英语教师招聘试讲
一般不需要自我介绍，要介绍也是非常简单的介绍自己。
之前会给你一个说课范围，一般就是高中的教材，你可以把范围内所有的篇目都准备一下，如果没有教学经验的话，可以查看一下中公教师网站，网上有很多教案或说课稿的。关于怎么说课，网上也很多的。在我的经验来看，有一些要点：首先，说课和试讲不一样，试讲面对的是学生，说课面对的是教学专家，也就是说你是面对专家老师把你的教学思路讲出来，而不是像上课一样面面俱到，千万不要把专家当成学生。
二、教学步骤是重点，你要把你所设计的所有步骤都说出来，就是说一个思路，怎么上，另外，说完一个步骤之后还要说一下为什么要安排这个步骤，也就是为什么这么说，在这里可以顺便说下你的教学原则和方法。
三、最后是把你的板书说一下，不需要把你的板书全都写在黑板上的，只要写一个标题什么的，然后就说出来，告诉底下的老师，你在黑板上的每一个区域要写什么就可以了，另外也是让老师看看你的字是什么样的。
说课的话主要是考查你的思路，还有你的表达能力，所以还有一些地方要注意的，一个是你的口齿要清楚，声音要响亮，语速不要太快，最重要的一点是要和在座的专家老师有目光的交流，不要一直盯着说课稿或教材。
考试当天有一定的准备时间，会给你教材，有时间让你写说课稿，如果你之前把范围内的篇章都准备一下，考试的时候时间肯定是够的。
考官的提问可能会涉及说课内容，但主要是关于教育教学发展动态，政治思想理论，或者关于你个人的，比如为什么想当老师等等。总的来说，提问不是重点，说课才是重点，提问只要如实回答，应该不会有太大问题的。你对教师职业的看法,为什么你会选择这个职业,另外还会涉及到青少年教育学、心理学知识等。
一般教师面试时间约15分钟，面试成绩为合格或不合格。要求：不携带任何资料，即问即答，谈话式交流。仪表端庄，服饰得体，行为大方，气质文雅，师德良好。使用普通话，语言清晰、流畅、准确、完整，有感染力。解答针对拟教学科以及教育学、心理学、相关专业基础知识的有关问题。
C. 应聘初中英语老师试讲该讲些什么
教室课堂基本用语必须是英文的，但是一些讲解是可以用汉语的，而且如果你要是回有些必须用英语的，你答最好重复两遍英语，，最后一遍分开念慢一点，看情况再翻译成汉语。
这样就会显得你耐心，要是课文，不要全篇讲，比如第一段的课文，精讲显得老师有水平，给学生印象深刻。最好有幽默的语言，接近学生的语言。
比如学生最近都爱说oh my lady gaga.
其实是错误的表达，但是学生说这句胜过oh my god.
我的意思是，找一些与课文有关的，而且幽默的例子。
板书可以反映一个老师课堂的安排，板书对于听课的领导来说更直观，但是课件可以反映你的确精心准备了。所以我觉得如果是初中生，初一还好，初三的就觉得你的课件有的幼稚了。。。

一、教材分析
本单元要求学生掌握有关出游的动词短语，通过讨论周末要做的事情，学习用be going to结构表达自己打算或计划要做的事。内容主要以对话的形式出现，由于是本模块的第一单元，只需做好正确的输入准备，不要求学生对句型所有人称的使用进行熟练掌握。
二、教学目标
（一）知识目标
1．词汇：全体学生能正确认读、听懂、理解相关的动词短语，90%左右的学生能正确拼写：

revise for one’s test stay in bed do one’s homework

2． 句型：be going to+动词原形,表达一般将来时。多数学生能够听懂、理解、说出下列关于“将来做某事”的句型：

3．对话：谈论周末计划要做的事情。85%左右的学生能听懂并且理解教材Activity 中的对话内容；程度较弱的学生要求能理解对话。
（二）技能目标
1． 多数学生经过操练后能比较流利地朗读并且表演出Activity 3 中的对话，30%左右的学生能脱离课本表演出对话。
2． 全体学生能根据教师提供的分层情境，两人或多人小组编出一段关于“计划”的对话，并在全班做展示交流。
（三）情感目标
1． 通过互相问答练习，锻炼学生有目的、有计划地做事，养成统筹安排的好习惯。
2． 通过询问他人周末计划情况，加强同学之间的交流与合作，形成互帮互助的良好学习氛围。
三、教学重点难点
1．重点：学习be going to结构描述将来要做的事。知识目标中词汇与句型的讲授与学习。词汇与句型在听、说、读三方面的多重输出。
2．难点：学生能根据教师提供的活动要求完成口头叙述他人计划的任务。
突破途径：通过情境设置，多角度训练学生演练句型和对话，为任务做好铺垫。
四、设计思路
利用活泼的多媒体画面，调动学生积极性，并穿插进行口语及听力练习，锻炼学生的听说能力。对话教学采取先提出问题，带着问题听、理解的形式，注意了整体教学，整体理解；然后采取互相对话的形式练习、巩固。词汇和短语在语境中自然接触，很容易让学生领会。教师尽量通过不同情景的设置，让学生正确理解短语和主要句型的正确含义及用法，在大量的语言输入后再做口头输出。
五、教学步骤
Step 1 Lead-in
1. Tell the students: Today we are going to learn Mole3, Unit 1.We’re going to learn English. We’re going to have fun.
2. Show the pictures: Ask the questions and read the phrases.
Step 2 Listening (Activities 1, 2,5)
1. Listen and match the words.
2. Write the phrases under the pictures. Make sure the students can say the phrases quickly and clearly.
3. Activity 5: Listen and repeat.
4. Ask: What is he/she going to do at the weekend?
Answer: He/She is going to check her email/have a piano lesson/revise for his test. etc.
Step 3 Listening (Activities 3, 4)
1. Tell the students: We’re going to listen to a dialogue between Daming and Betty.
2. Then ask: What’s Daming going to do at the weekend? What about Betty?
3. Ask the students to listen and answer the questions.
4. Activity 4. Choose the correct answers, then check them.
5. Listen to the dialogue again and read, then practice and act it out.
Step 4 Speaking (Activity 7)
Complete the diary about what Daming and Betty are going to do at the weekend and retell it..
On Saturday morning，Daming is going to check his email and do his homework. In the afternoon，he’s going to have a piano lesson. In the evening, he’s going to go to a party at a friend’s home and listen to some music. On Sunday morning, he’s going to get up early and play table tennis with some friends. In the afternoon, he’s going to meet Lingling and Tony in the park and have a picnic.
Betty is going to buy some clothes on Saturday afternoon. On Saturday evening, she’s going to go to a party with Daming. She’s going to stay in bed on Sunday morning and revise for her test. On Sunday afternoon, she’s going to have a picnic with Daming, Lingling and Tony.

20分钟，是一个很短的时间，你可以只讲一个初中的小语法点，最后挑初中的重难点来讲。
既然是做教师，站在讲台上一定要自信一点，并和学生要保持基本的眼神交流。

初中的定语从句是个难点，你可以给他们讲一讲这个语法点。
一. 定语从句的概念
定语从句: 指在在复合句中,修饰某一名词或代词的从句。
先行词：被修饰的名词或代词
关系词：引导定语从句的词。（定语从句一般放在先行词的后面)
二. 引导定语从句的关系词
引导定语从句的关系词有关系代词和关系副词。
关系代词：that, which,who，whom, whose等,
关系副词：where, when,why。
三. 定语从句的分类
定语从句可分为限制性定语从句及非限制性定语从句。
四. 关系代词的用法
that 既可以用于指人,也可以用于指物。在从句中作主语、宾语或表语。作主语时不可省略,作宾语可省略。
Mary likes music that is quiet and gentle.
玛丽喜欢轻柔的音乐。(that作主语)
2.which用于指物,在句中作主语、宾语或表语。作主语不可省略,作宾语可省略。例如:
The film (which) we saw last night was wonderful.
我们昨天晚上看的那部电影很好看。(作宾语)
3.who, whom用于指人,who作主语,whom作宾语。在口语中,有时可用who代替whom。who和whom作宾语时也可省略。例如:

建议：

形式是由评委充当学生，试讲者将试讲过程模拟为真实课堂，也要进行一定的互动，例如提出问题，设置讨论等，对于你所提问题的回答，既可选择由一个评委来回答（如果评委肯配合的话）；也可选择在提出问题后稍停几秒钟，然后以类似“根据同学们的回答，我们进行一下总结”这样一句话直接过渡到下面的环节，这样也可以体现出你的互动环节。
